I like the simplicity Easy to use. I believe eventually they'll train the whole staff how to effectively use the information they receive from the app. I hear too many times that they hadn't been trained to use the different modalities that the app is capable of. I enjoy being able to shop online. Was disappointed when I couldn't return an item to the store. Instead, the person from the online told my customer service person that they would need to have it mailed to them. Nobody at the store had an explanation.
Doesn't have track of my coupons I signed up with the norm that I'd receive 4 coupons for pizza, chicken, grapes, and another item. I couldn't remember which it was. No one in the store could answer my question, and the lines are so slow and staff has zero knowledge of promotions. Never have had good service in any store . Ever. The lines are 20 times slower than any other wholesale store I've been to they need to fix this. I'm getting a refund on my membership
It Works! I love placing my order ahead of time. They always get my items correct (thank goodness). The only problem is that it sometimes takes longer than 20-30 min (sometimes) because they need to get the refrigerator items at the time of pick up & there's not an extra body to do this when customer service is busy. Overall, it's convenient to start a list from home on the cart then submit order. You can pay on the phone or at store.
Works well. (+ a fix for log in issues) App work's great & doesn't misbehave. Easy navigation and ordering. EDIT: I had endless loop log in issues after installing Scan & Go companion app. Discovered that there is a newer version of this app that wasn't pushed out. Cleared data, uninstalled older ver. & reinstalled. Works ok now. Need to push out update when someone also installs Scan & Go.
used to work Since a couple of updates ago the application doesn't work anymore it doesn't login. You just get a message saying sorry it looks like you lost your internet connection but I do have internet connection and any other application work just fine. Recently Sam's Club is going downhill, even their website works very bad and a lot of items available online end up not being available and you cannot complete your orders.
Credit services link doesn't work Everytime I try to access my credit account, the mobile app does not recognize my user name. I have to go through the hassle of finding my user name by inputting account #. So frustrating. No problems using my pc. I know my user name & password.
