didn't want an app for using goggle's features. bought these for work and I'm not allowed to have a phone on me while at work. i can't stand tech for tech's sake. make tech that serves a purpose. at least give the user the option to not use the app. i turned the options in the app to fan on, still didn't turn the fan on. just give us buttons that work. definitely not spending $350 with this company again.

app keeps crashing , wont allow logging in. very disappointing to not be able to remote use my 509 tech.

App crashes everytime I try to login. $350 goggles and can't even use all of the functionality without this app.
