Many rides are hardly, if ever, on time. I'll order a beeline and then will wait up to 30 minutes past the pick up time. Will be picked up in an empty beeline and others will still be dropped off before me, even if my location is near and will change my pick up location. Rides will also be unavailbe to up to 2 hours from when I actually need it. Overall Overall, not a very fun experience

Great customer service. My first ride I wS confused about where to get picked up.. Driver was kind,patient and professional. Dispatch was professional and quick to contact the driver with information. Good service. Would recommend.

It's more convenient to the public. The ride is faster, quite, not crowded the driver's are nice. They are always on time. The only thing that needs to get worked on is when you pay cash sometimes the mashine does not work for a daily pass. But overall good
