OC Flex is an on-demand, curb-to-curb, shuttle service offered by the Orange County Transportation Authority providing service in parts of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo. OC Flex will take you to your early morning coffee, work, that afternoon errand, or a date night dinner and a movie!

- How much does it cost?
The OC Flex mobile day pass provides unlimited rides all day for $4.50 a day, seven days a week during our operating hours.

- How does OC Flex work?
OC Flex is a shared ride service that pairs multiple passengers heading in the same direction in a single vehicle. By entering your pick up and drop off locations in the OC Flex app, you will be matched with a vehicle going your way.

- How long will I wait?
The average wait time is 15-30 minutes, but you will always receive an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking.

- How many passengers will share a trip?
The number of passengers sharing a trip varies based on available seats at the time of your booking and your chosen destination. Our comfortable vehicles can easily fit 8 passengers at a time.

- Does OC Flex have wheelchair accommodations?
Yes, all OC Flex vans have accessibility for one wheelchair passenger per trip.

This "new" app is awful! I've used it twice now and each time it's changed my pick up location after I booked. One of those times I had to walk across a major intersection, hoping to get the right-of-way in enough time that my Flex wouldn't leave. The second time I used it I had to try at least 10 times before it would find me a ride... at 3PM! If it were close to end of service hours I'd understand but 3PM? Come on! Enhance this app or go back to the old one. This is ridiculous!

Hello I'm a regular user of OC Flex. I love the service, the friendly drivers, and the price. Those are all 5 stars. What I don't love is this new App that is a Flaming Piece of Garbage and Extremely User UNFRIENDLY!!! >_< First off I spent an hour just trying to get the stupid app to register me and every time it failed its useless advice was to review the policies that had nothing to do with the problem I was having. I finally stumbled onto the answer that I needed a less complicated password not a more complicated one like most systems. Secondly buying the mobile pass was extremely confusing since it seemed to imply it was charging you $100. A driver explained it was a 100 credit points which I see to be completely useless since its a day pass why would points be involved at all? Third usually when you buy a mobile pass. You use your phone to show you paid for a pass but this new systems has no recognizable way to do this. At least not easily. Fourth while I muddled through it the picking of pick up and drop off points is much more unclear and confusing. Fifth also what I assume is supposed to be a pick between driver one, two, and rarely three isn't well done and again confusing. Sixth in the old app you had a clear view of where the driver was and how close they were to you. They even showed the route being taken. The single good thing I can say for this new App is the ability to leave the driver a note. That is actually helpful unlike everything else. I have to say I have zero understanding why you switched from a good, easy to use, and straightforward App to this mess of confused garbage. I hope you reinstate the old App or give this one a complete overhaul.

I've been riding since this program first began. Love the service, love love looooveeee the drivers, but....this app has really gotta go. I miss the old app. I've been sitting here about 20min past my "scheduled" time, and I don't even know if I got a ride at all. In the old one you could see where the driver was, so you could get an idea of how long it would be, but this app.... It just needs to change. Thank God it's not raining😵
