Agents are helpful, the app is easy to use. The overall program needs an overhaul. The scheduled time & services areas are not as useful as they could be. A panel of engineers, students, frequent riders and transportation personnel, should be formed. The panel could make useful suggestions on how to make the program more useful.

I could not figure out how to work this ap and ultimately deleted and just used Gogle Maps transit information to get information about a route plus, im using public transit and disabled you would think they would offer getting my fre pases via intenet/mail service instead of traveling al the way downtown to get it! It is too far and too inconvenient, and I can't get service where I live in Broken Arow near County Line, which is Tulsa Count!

I live micro transit when I get off late or need public transportation on a Sunday I can call micro a hour time for me to go and be at work early. Very convenient pick up and drop off. If you do have to walk to the pick up point it's normally no more than a block I LOVE MICRO TRANSIT
