Tried to use in Rome. Zones where parking was allowed was not explained at beginning so we rode to a spot out of zone and could not "pause" our trip while visiting a spot we wanted to see (after paying for an all day pass). As a result we had to ride 3km north and park them in an approved zone and then take a cab. On top of that, the login/logout experience was buggy and it would not let me end my trip. To top it off, the email provided to report issues bounced. Use another bike company.

Do NOT use this app - I used RideMovi on a trip to Italy and since I came back I was charged TWICE for a balance top-up that I did not activate on the app AT ALL. It wasn't even periodic, they waited for a month to start adding small $5-$6 dollar charges on my card (that I couldn't remove from the app!!!) and thought I wouldn't notice. I hate that you are forced to input your credit card info directly into the app, rather than using Google Pay.

The app and the service overall are nice. It does what it is supposed to. The electric bikes are pretty maneuverable and nimble, and the app interface is pretty comprehensible, though there are some serious problems with the payment service. For no apparent reason, I got fined twice (two 10€ fines), I appealed but it was denied by saying that the photo that I took after the ride was missing (which doesn't make sense since I took it twice). Regretfully, I'll switch to another bike sharing app.
