Extremely disappointed with AJIO! I ordered 2 kurtas worth ₹1,700, but received wrong and cheap products that look like they cost ₹50. There is no option for return or refund on the app, and no proper support. This is unacceptable. I need a resolution ASAP—either a pickup and full refund or the correct products delivered. I called and spoke twice and emailed multiple times. still my issue is not addressed.

App's interface is not good. Yes it's affordable but quality of the products is dirt cheap. Most of the products have only exchange policy. You'll order something with return and exchange policy but by the time you'd want to return it, their policy changes and they say now it's only available for exchange and you'll be left with that product. Pathetic! Try going for offline shopping instead and you'll get much better options and at least better transparency.

not a good experience with customer service and refund. i ordered 4 products, 3 of them delivered. however all three were wrong delivery one had different colour, different size & lastly the jeans totally different products. I have placed a return and the product was picked up but they gave me a refund for just one product on time and the other two are still on investigation and refund is not yet initiated. It is more than 15 days. The customer service did not listen and cut the call abruptly.
