Devices and app are buggy for me. If you want to discontinue or continue subscriptions, you can't do it in the app, only through a chrome browser. But the app doesn't tell you that the easiest way to do everything is the browser, it takes you to a robo chat and then a real person chat that is slow af, and then you try to call the help line, and they take you through 2 levels of verification via text and then send links to your email that redirect you to browser to login and make the changes

Poor connection. I have had my ring camera for more than a year the app was working fine. But for the last 2 months it spins and spins and spins and doesn't connect to the camera. When it does the videos freeze but you hear people talking but they are frozen in the video or the video is blurry like pixels and doesn't work. The app needs an update. It needs fixed.

After I installed this update, it does not consistently give me notification alerts by sound. I went into the settings to make sure it was set, but it only works sometimes. It used to work ALL the time. After the response from RING, I went through all their recommended steps and I still don't get audible notifications consistently. Hopefully they will fix issue on next update?
