The app is never ready to use. It constantly needs to be killed and restarted. I can't use it to disarm the the system when I get home because it never starts up. It needs to be killed from Settings at least one time if not more than that, every time I attempt to use it. I can't/don't use it to arm the system because it never starts up. Really makes having the entire ring system not worth it. Running on Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14 and all the latest security updates. App is up to date as well.

Absolute garbage app and cameras. We use them because our new house was fully equipped, but it's the worst cam experience I've ever had. Cameras aren't always on, so can't see what lead up to or after an event. That's IF the event even gets recognized, which it often doesn't. 2 min max recording time also means that if it thinks the motion is the same thing, you only get 2 minutes and have to hope something of value is recorded - like the actual crime itself. Get Eufy, Wyze, or last, Nest.

Unable to even log in. I enter my credentials, I enter the two-step verification code that is texted to me, then I'm told that the browser is not supported and I need to hit the menu icon in the top-right corner and select open ring app. When I do that, there is no option to open the Ring app. I tried updating my browser, restarting my phone, checking for updates. Nothing works. Waste of money.
