No more notifications. What's security if it won't notify you of threats. Worked great till the recent updates over last 6 months. None have fixed the issues that many are reporting. Been with Ring for many years. Will change out my security system to another brand and not look at ring again. The first job of security is to notify. It's been months since I've seen notifications on any of our mobile devices. This is not an isolated issue as the reviews show. Hope everyone shares issues they have.

So many issues with Ring, have had the system for years. I have excellent WIFI, small space but Ring cameras are sticky, laggy, not as clear, and spaced out more in the blue motions than it ever has previous. Been on hold for the Ring car camera for almost 2 years for them to cancel it out on me too! Bad service. Quit blaming connections/consumers! Blue motions are hard to review; sticky and now live motions are disappearing. This is not good security! 5/4-Motions are hard to review. Same issues

Horribly designed. Setup, settings, etc.are all over the place and nearly impossible to find. Same for most functionality. It's there somewhere, but hidden in submenus. You'll click on something thinking based on the name that's where it will be, but nope. You'll end up on a page with links to buy more stuff. The biggest thing on the dashboard is an ad that you can't remove. Just horrible design/UI.
