Been with RING since before google bought them. App used to be good. New update and now it's a POS. WILL NOT RELIABLY SEND AUDIO ALERTS. Cameras take great video. Uninstalled app and reinstalled several times, talked to tech support several times. They weren't any help. Audio works for a bit, then it stops. If I didn't have so much tied up in cams and the plan, I'd toss the mess.

Horribly designed. Setup, settings, etc.are all over the place and nearly impossible to find. Same for most functionality. It's there somewhere, but hidden in submenus. You'll click on something thinking based on the name that's where it will be, but nope. You'll end up on a page with links to buy more stuff. The biggest thing on the dashboard is an ad that you can't remove. Just horrible design/UI.

The app is never ready to use. It constantly needs to be killed and restarted. I can't use it to disarm the the system when I get home because it never starts up. It needs to be killed from Settings at least one time if not more than that, every time I attempt to use it. I can't/don't use it to arm the system because it never starts up. Really makes having the entire ring system not worth it. Running on Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14 and all the latest security updates. App is up to date as well.
