LensExpense is an expense tracker that reads the whole receipt rather than only the total. Scan a receipt, get the line items, and watch the spending charts fill in behind you.
A LINE-ITEM RECEIPT SCANNER
Most receipt scanner apps capture one figure. This expense tracker also pulls out the individual items on the receipt: the description, the quantity and the price of each. One shop trip becomes a real breakdown instead of a single number, and every field the scanner fills in can be corrected by hand. Manual entry is there whenever you want it.
MULTI-CURRENCY EXPENSES
Receipts printed in another currency are kept in the currency they were printed in. Amounts, dates and numbers follow your region's conventions, so a multi-currency expense report reads correctly whether you are at home or three flights away.
SPENDING CHARTS
Charts of spending by category and spending over time are built from the receipts you have already scanned. No separate budgeting routine and no second app to feed.
AN OFFLINE EXPENSE TRACKER
Receipt capture never waits for a network. Every receipt is written to the device immediately and finishes processing when the connection returns, which matters because receipts get handed to you in car parks and basements.
CSV AND PDF EXPORT
Send an expense report out as CSV for a spreadsheet or a bookkeeping tool, or as PDF with the receipt photos embedded. The line-item detail is included in the export, so the breakdown survives the trip.
ONE ACCOUNT, ELEVEN APPS
LensExpense belongs to Billfold. A single sign-in works across every Billfold app, so if you later want invoicing, tax categories, mileage or team claims, your expenses come with you.
ACCESSIBLE AND MULTILINGUAL
TalkBack support, large touch targets, and layouts that survive the biggest system font size. English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.
YOUR DATA
Receipt images go to OpenRouter for a single purpose: reading the printed text. They are not used to train models. Manual entry is always available if you would rather no photo left your phone. Account deletion lives in the app and clears everything.
Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
