WiseLedger is a receipt organiser built around receipt folders and one share link for your accountant.
Every receipt goes into a folder. Every folder can be shared. That is the whole idea.
RECEIPT FOLDERS PER CLIENT, PROJECT OR MONTH
Create a folder for each client, each project, each trip or each month, and file receipts into it as they come in. Each folder carries a receipt count and a running total, so you can see what a job has cost before you bill it. Receipts you have not filed yet stay in one unfiled list.
SHARE A FOLDER WITH YOUR ACCOUNTANT
A share link opens one receipt folder in any browser. Your accountant or bookkeeper sees the receipts in that folder and the images attached to them, and nothing else. They do not need an account, an app, or your password. Choose an expiry of 7 days, 30 days, or no expiry at all.
REVOKE A SHARE LINK ANY TIME
Every link you have created is listed with the folder it points at, when it expires, and whether it is still live. Revoking one takes a single tap and closes it immediately.
A RECEIPT SCANNER THAT WORKS OFFLINE
Photograph a receipt and the merchant, date, total and tax are read off it and filled in for you, with every field editable. Receipts are saved to the device straight away and finish processing when the connection returns. Manual entry is always available.
EXPORT A FOLDER OR THE WHOLE LEDGER
Export as CSV for a spreadsheet or bookkeeping tool, or as a PDF with the receipt images embedded. Export a single folder for one client, or the entire year at once.
ONE SIGN-IN ACROSS BILLFOLD
WiseLedger is part of Billfold. One sign-in works across all eleven Billfold apps, so if you later need tax categories, invoicing, mileage or team claims, your receipt folders and your account move with you.
EIGHT LANGUAGES AND A SCREEN READER
English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian and Arabic, Arabic included as a real right-to-left layout. TalkBack reads every screen, touch targets are large, and layouts hold up at the biggest system font size.
WHAT HAPPENS TO A RECEIPT IMAGE
Receipt images are sent to OpenRouter for one purpose: reading the text on them. They are not used to train models. Manual entry is available if you would rather no image leaves your phone. Account deletion is in the app and removes everything.
Scanning is part of Pro, an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Entering receipts by hand, searching them and exporting them are free and unlimited. Cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
