it NEVER works. every time I go to pick up, it says 'forbidden, anonymous customer login, etc' and can't go forward. it's been YEARS. please fix your app.

App doesn't work, to sign up it needs to send a 6 digit pin but the pin never arrives. The store locator is unable to find the store that is right near me.
