Please fix the absurd setting that prevents users from marking "I'm here" in the app prior to the estimated pick-up time. If I'm here, I'm here, whether I'm early or late, just let customers check in and be done with it so that you can bring out the order as soon as it's ready. Otherwise you've got drinks sitting around for no other reason than arbitrary mobile app settings.

went to the PG/Lindon location and when the girl at the drive thru told me my total, I was confused. $20 for 2 drinks, anyway.. she was unprofessional and was very rude, her name was Venice i think. rude and unprofessional she needs a refresher course on how to treat customers.

Deals used to show up but not anymore. It would let you know when there's a deal but the deal itself doesn't show up. Overall decent app. Menu is pretty easy to navigate and the options are nice. Update: They still haven't fixed it. I don't think there's enough demand for this app.
