Please fix the absurd setting that prevents users from marking "I'm here" in the app prior to the estimated pick-up time. If I'm here, I'm here, whether I'm early or late, just let customers check in and be done with it so that you can bring out the order as soon as it's ready. Otherwise you've got drinks sitting around for no other reason than arbitrary mobile app settings.

please make it so that we can use our credits in the app without having to go to the store please Then I'd be willing to give five stars

you'll get notifications for 20% off their weekly smoothie but it's not actually 20% off. there is no coupon code and it doesn't automatically apply. this is false advertising.
