Please fix the absurd setting that prevents users from marking "I'm here" in the app prior to the estimated pick-up time. If I'm here, I'm here, whether I'm early or late, just let customers check in and be done with it so that you can bring out the order as soon as it's ready. Otherwise you've got drinks sitting around for no other reason than arbitrary mobile app settings.

Deals used to show up but not anymore. It would let you know when there's a deal but the deal itself doesn't show up. Overall decent app. Menu is pretty easy to navigate and the options are nice. Update: They still haven't fixed it. I don't think there's enough demand for this app.

Use this app the most each week and love the ease for picking store locations and ordering precisely what we want. Love the comments section under each order item which allows us to customize orders along with offering split cup options! Thank you Roxberry! We love your smoothies, acai bowls, Tru-Fru cups, and warm wheat rolls with cinnamon honey butter! Please keep the rolls! We love them!
