HOW YOU GET STARTED

You’ll need to have at least one individual or workplace pension plan, or ISA, with Royal London. To register you’ll need your plan number, which you can find on your welcome letter or annual statement. As soon as you register you’re ready to see your savings and more.

Ratings and reviews

Great app with really good features. My one concern is, if you hit the back button on your phone it takes you to the main menu which is great, but hit it once more and it closes the app without logging you out. This is a security concern. The app should ask you to log out like other apps. I am sure previous versions did. Correct this for 5 stars.

I use the app frequently. Pretty much everytime I open it though, it fails to open with the login page and instead takes me to a static page of the view of my accounts, requiring me to manually close the app, to then open it to get the login screen. Very annoying, didnt always do this, but has been like this now for several months. Please can this be fixed?

edit: 4/8/26 - I can now access my pension details, so all good. updated rating. Original post: the app has been telling me that i am unable to view my plan information for months now. it used to work well. I'm not interested in anything else but checking my pension status. very disappointing.
