HOW YOU GET STARTED

You’ll need to have at least one individual or workplace pension plan, or ISA, with Royal London. To register you’ll need your plan number, which you can find on your welcome letter or annual statement. As soon as you register you’re ready to see your savings and more.

Ratings and reviews

I use the app frequently. Pretty much everytime I open it though, it fails to open with the login page and instead takes me to a static page of the view of my accounts, requiring me to manually close the app, to then open it to get the login screen. Very annoying, didnt always do this, but has been like this now for several months. Please can this be fixed?

I hate the way it shows my account details without requiring my password on opening the app. And then a message about the session expired to force a login with the password! I can't believe it's so lazy on security and may uninstall it.

edit: 1 year later, nothing works still. The app is undergoing maintenance 90% of the time a user tries to look at it. I've never seen an app so unavailable before. The app never changes, but maintenance windows span days and happen weekly. It's a coin flip that you can access during the week and a certainty that you'll have no access on weekends. It's really not like any other in terms of its unreliability.
