Staff at many stores do not know how to use their side of the system for easycollect and bundle coupons. The honeywell device for easycollect is finicky, and extra difficult to cancel order when out of stock. Order recieved is not the same as order seen by staff, who may not even know the operating procedure. When using 10 pack bundle coupons directly, staff scan the coupon and then still ask for cash as the register still shows a cash value,despite it being paid in full online alrdy

Tried to order today through the app but the order status was just confirmed, and never completed. When we went to the store to check, the staff never received the order due to a technical error that could not be resolved. We paid but never got the order, there's no live chat or hotline to connect with 7-11 for help. The only way is to email, which will take days... Definitely better to just directly go to the store to buy :( pretty disappointing experience.

Ordered for EasyCollect and went down to the store, staff was too busy to handle EasyCollect orders. when she finally had the time, she doesnt know how to operate the app and threw the user manual for me to read and use the app myself. had eventually managed to cancel my order, but the welcome voucher expired the same day. wrote in to their customer service and wasnt provided any compensation. super disappointing experience.
