Tried to order today through the app but the order status was just confirmed, and never completed. When we went to the store to check, the staff never received the order due to a technical error that could not be resolved. We paid but never got the order, there's no live chat or hotline to connect with 7-11 for help. The only way is to email, which will take days... Definitely better to just directly go to the store to buy :( pretty disappointing experience.

Ordered for EasyCollect and went down to the store, staff was too busy to handle EasyCollect orders. when she finally had the time, she doesnt know how to operate the app and threw the user manual for me to read and use the app myself. had eventually managed to cancel my order, but the welcome voucher expired the same day. wrote in to their customer service and wasnt provided any compensation. super disappointing experience.

Easycollect sucks, I placed an order 30 minutes earlier and when I reached the store they did not prepare the items and I had to pick them myself. When I proceeded to checkout, I had no qr code since the store did not prepare my order. I was asked to pay as usual, and 8 hours later they finally confirmed my order in the app but I already got the stuff I needed and couldn't cancel the order. I was charged twice and they did not refund me.
