Was great a few months ago. Now limited to one supermarket (in my case Wellcome) and therefore unable to get any items that come from a Jason's. I can no longer obtain ANY of the items i previously ordered. Customer service was no help as this is apparently the new scheme. The point of being able to order from Jason's is to get items available at Jason's. Not Wellcome. Such a waste.

This app is Terrible! Bring back the web store please. Not user friendly. Products are always out of stock after placing order. Selection less than before. Delivered wrong items more than once already. Saved items to "favorite" and every time app says all these items are out of stock. But if you search one by one they are available. Just a waste of time! Whoever came up with this idea of replacing the web store with this app should be fired.

Extremely disappointing. My orders get canceled after I paid(happens 2 times in every 3 orders). Excuse is out of stock. Don't quite understand how they can sell stock which doesn't exist? Is this false advertising ? I end up spending more money to buy the same item at their physical store(because discount no longer available by the time they told me there is no stock).(and yes, they have stock at their physical store, but just not when you order via the app).
