annoying shopping experience - second time cash vouchers vanish in the air after redeem and I don't even able to scan QR code to complete my payment at the supermarket when internet is stable

Unable to get the one time password after many requests, how to log in to this secret app??? Wired app, can't login after updated and no way to retrieve the password through the app
