We are a team of running enthusiasts, coaches and elite runners (selected for International competition). We love running on track, road and trail.

• Guillaume Adam is the co-author of a scientific publication at MIT (Boston) on predicting running performances. He finished in the top 50 at the 2019 New York Marathon, with a finishing time of 2:26, and had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile and multiple international vests for France.
As a Certified Coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.

• Romain Adam has a marathon PB of 2:38 and is an expert in startup development. His next challenge: competing in the Paris Marathon, with the RunMotion Coach marathon training plan.

• Paul Waroquier is a coach of international runners and beginners. He is a Masters National Champion.

This app is really helpful, I am training for my first marathon in 2023 (usually only do 5-10ks). I love that the training is specific and tailored to my current fitness, rather than just a generic plan for a set amount of weeks, and the guidance on paces, heart rates etc are really helpful. I also appreciate that the developers seem to care about this app and respond to any issues quickly. Feels like they actually care about user experience and the quality of the app, which is refreshing!

I really like the running schedule and plans. I feel like I am getting stronger. I like the motivational coach, but i find that the grammer of the coach is not that great. I find myself re-reading messages multiple times just trying to understand what they want me to do. If this issue could be fixed, this app would be a fantastic running tool.

The idea of the app is great and it is well executed. But subscribing to a yearly or monthly period seems dangerous because of a few issues or bugs in the app. Nothing much but a bit frustrating. Anyway it's the first app of this kind, I enjoy the training proposals.

Hello Tony, thanks for your feedback. We have done major upgrades since September: training plans are generated in less than 5 seconds, and we have done a bug fix last week.
