Ratings and reviews

I gave this one star because I had to and technically it is an app. Beyond the fact that it exists, it is essentially useless, clunky and rarely works. Sometimes I really wish an app would take my money (like when I want to book a hotel room for example), but Resorts World make it reallllly difficult to actually make a purchase without something breaking before the end of the transaction. If you were involved in the making of this app, I hope your parents realise what a disappointment you are.

I've signed up for a Rewards account on the website, but the app immediately exits when started. I cannot recommend using the app for tickets until this is fixed.

This is the dumbest app that I have seen so far. Hey developer! If you cannot design a better UI please use the old one. The payment cannot go thru and I have to wait for 30 mins to auto cancel. The system asked to cancel if there was an existing transaction but the cancel button was not there. The hotel logo was so small. Is the developer design the layout for the Ant-Man to see? Unbelievable and ridiculous! Not user friendly! No wonder your IPO stocks keep falling!
