Ratings and reviews

Since I have been with Value Rx, I enjoy the new app very much, but the only problem I have is when you need a prescription for a refill on your medicine, the app will not send it. So I write what I need in comments, but majority of the time, the pharmacy doesn't read the comments and when I go pick my medicine up those meds in comments are not ready, because they haven't read the comments. There has to be a better way to send meds with prescription needed a more efficient way. Thank you
