This app is like someone came up with an idea to create an app for Safelink customers, only they didn't want to actually do any of the work required so they just made it so that everything you try to click on, after logging into the app, just opens a web browser and takes you to safelinkwireless(dot)com so that you can re-login (because now you're at the website in your browser) and utilize the website. Therefore, unless I'm missing something, this app is an absolute waste. COMPLETE WASTE

Another customer said it right, it uses sooo much data so you get less than the measly amount they give you. And the app doesn't ever work properly! Uninstall if you have it! People, before anyone says i am not grateful for free government phones- let me just say that we never had a choice when it comes to technology. "They" move it along and set the pricing and the timing for all of mankind's inventions to make our lives simplified and modern. But the catch is, we become extremely dependent

Your app is one of the worst apps that there are. As well as your support for the app and service. I have nothing good to say about any of the services you offer. I will not go into detail about the experience I have had with The Service, The App., The Product. But I will say all of the services that control People's data plans cheat us out of data, money, and privacy. 3 years I have been subject to this manipulative system and every day I look at it I see more and more violation of our trust.
