Don't worry about missing the courier when you go to the store! The SAMEDAY App will notify you a maximum of 2 hours before the delivery to your address, and with the help of the application you can access the interactive map to see how many stops there are until you.

🔺 Pay the refund with the card in the application

If you prefer to pay for parcels cash on delivery, you no longer need to be ready with cash when the courier arrives at the delivery address. You can pay online, directly in the application, from the moment the package is delivered to the courier.

🔺 Redirect the order for delivery to any easybox
When your parcels with delivery to the address, but eligible for loading in easybox, are being delivered to a courier, you can forward them to any of the 4900 easyboxes in Romania.

🔺 Redirect the parcel to another address

If your plans have changed, you can redirect the package to a neighbor or another more convenient address, from the moment your package is delivered to the courier.

🔺 Postpone delivery

No more fear of returns when you're out of town! Postpone the delivery to the address of your choice by up to five days in Bucharest or by up to two days in other locations in Romania, once your package is delivered to the courier.

Ratings and reviews

I had 2 orders in easybox. When I went to pick them up the same day of arrival, I met the courier loading the easybox who told me it was an error and I could't open the door. I went several times during the next 24 hours but could't open the doors. Then, I received a message that I have to redirect the shipments to my address, which I did. Then the status turned to shipment refused. It is being returned to sender. Both payed shipments that I really needed. Samy assistant is a useless joke.

Good! But 2 things are annoying me! 1. It happened several times to be informed that it couldn't fit inside locker! Even though it would clearly fit! And if I really needed the package, I would send a delivery address, if not, clearly a return! 2. Several times they rerouted to a Easybox quite far away from the original destination because "it was not available" but I hardly believe all in my area were full!

The worst app ever. Always forgets your account, always changes your password without asking or allowing you to set one, always changing login and switching between mobile and web for a simple login. And when you try a password reset it asks you for 30 minutes just to reset a useless password. Avoid it at all costs if you value your time and your sanity.
