My watch will not stay connected to my phone. Troubleshooting suggests doing a hard reset (I did) and updating this app (not possible). My watch keeps buzzing all day telling me it has disconnected from my phone, and then it will connect after a couple minutes. But it tells me EVERY time it disconnects, and it's at least 10 times a day. This has made my watch practically useless when it comes to syncing anything with my phone. GET IT TOGETHER!

Blocking touches does absolutely nothing. Countless times I trust when it says "touches blocked" and countless times I have hung up during phone calls when adjusting the buds to be more comfortable. Many times I will hang up and go to double check, as they sometimes activate touches by themselves, only to find they are still actively blocked. I will then turn the touches back on and then off, as a way to refresh. Only to hang up again minutes later when I adjust. Please fix this.

Just got a new watch as a gift and cannot pair it with my phone. It has no trouble finding the device but the app always crashes while trying to run through the set up dialog. There's no error message telling me what the problem is. I've reset the watch, reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, enabled all permissions (more than I would prefer), cleared the cache and data for the app, checked my connection, and nothing. Can't even set up the watch without my phone to get around this.
