this is a replication of the website in app form for simplicity on their side but it makes for wonky navigation. for example I was making my payment and the s23fe ad appeared, I clicked on it and had to retart from the product page of the phone all over again to buy a sound bar. otherwise, it's not bad. just better on the sebsite until they make a real app.

I can't process the payment. I tried 4 times and nothings, it just get stuck after the last payment step. When I finally could buy it, the receipt was done wrong so they decide to cancel my order (I was told by the person in charge of delivery that wasn't the first time, this happens). No explanations, I never requested a reimbursement, I just wanted my purchase. Of course, now I have to buy it again but no discount will be apply because I did my first order. Looks like a SCAM to me

I haven't experienced severe problems, but the app does have annoying quirks. Firstly, it logs me out at least once every few days. Just checking your order requires several taps to navigate to the right tab. And lastly, it's just very slow. Everything takes a few seconds to load & filters to narrow down your searches don't work well. Otherwise, my last purchase went off without a hitch. I was able to input the discount code & trade in my older device seamlessly.
