SANNO is a patient app that connects you directly with your clinic or healthcare provider. It helps you follow your care plan, track your progress and stay in secure contact with your clinical team if applicable.

Use SANNO to:
- Access guided care plans and daily health tasks from your clinician
- Log symptoms, activities, medications and other health data
- Complete structured health questionnaires and assessments
- Connect your wearable devices for continuous health and progress tracking
- Monitor your progress over time with clear summaries
- Receive reminders, instructions and educational content
- Exchange secure messages with your clinician or care team

SANNO is always used in connection with a participating clinician or health organisation. Your care team sets up your plan and reviews the information you share to better support your treatment and long-term health.

Any data you share through SANNO is shared with your clinician or health organisation, including for health research purposes, only with your explicit consent and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

SANNO does not provide proprietary medical advice and acts solely as a data processor on behalf of your clinician or health organisation.
