Ratings and reviews

Terrible! Doesn't allow for changing the color / brightness / warmth of the 4" recessed lights I purchased. Even after "connecting" lights to the app on 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, the lights show up in the app but switching between "White" and "color" tabs doesn't work. Changing colors on the color wheel doesn't work. Tried adding to my Google Home app and even that didn't work properly. What an absolute joke. False advertising. I'm sure a class action lawsuit will be coming soon.

There are a lot of issues with scheduled tasks running correctly or at all. I'm constantly having to check my devices and settings visually and manually turning things off and on. My cameras are hard wired outdoor floodlight cameras, and it's impossible to keep them from using too much electricity and storage space. You have to keep them always on or always off if you want to set and forget.

It's been approx. two years since we installed these downlights/starfish app on an outbuilding. We have 3 groups of 4 lights, each group on their own switch (front, back, side of building) and routinely have issues with this app. Not user friendly, too many bugs, lights constantly go off line and repairing becomes so frustrating because it won't recognize all 4 lights. 🤯😵‍💫 We are unable to use them as intended on this building. Will be looking to replace and would not recommend this product.
