nice app, but payment option not widely available, and staff often are not able to use it. *EDIT* deactivation is more difficult than necessary, first I took back unused funds but automatic top-up meant I had to do then a second time; then I needed to complete an online questionnaire with data such as phone/email/account-code (all of which are already in my profile!) plus obligatory market research questions. Reducing my rating from *** to **

I would give them -5 if I could. 50 euro was suddenly deducted from my satispay account and after sending 3 messages to their help desk asking to fix it, despite them sending an automatic email saying they will get back to me in 24 hour, absolutely nothing happened. this is the worst customer service I have seen in the last 5 years... This is not acceptable!

So many checks to activate the account, and the procedure is not even amooth since NFC doesn't work, ID photos are always not ok etc... then you have to wait several days for (maybe) starting using the app. If you don't have to use the app for a particular reason, then using traditional cards and/or cash is way better! I had to install it for paying my wifi bill (I found they only accept credit cards or satispay), so now I'm going to change provider and delete my Satispay account.
