bad experience, probably it needs a lot more internal integration tests? sms verification code does not work until a restart! Id card NFC scan doesn't work and manual option it's not enabled. it's a too long journey and too many obstacles on the path. Edit: registration and login ok. It could be a beautiful app, but it needs more robustness.

nice app, but payment option not widely available, and staff often are not able to use it. *EDIT* deactivation is more difficult than necessary, first I took back unused funds but automatic top-up meant I had to do then a second time; then I needed to complete an online questionnaire with data such as phone/email/account-code (all of which are already in my profile!) plus obligatory market research questions. Reducing my rating from *** to **

months to change the account email. they asked for my ID copy, selfie and related data. now they don't even answer. awful customer service. I cannot access my account
