Ratings and reviews

This app is not even worth a star. Total service failure and dismissing responsibility. I was charged multiple times for a Trenitalia ticket that was never issued correctly. One refund was processed, but I still suffered real financial damage, including a €90 fine due to the failed transaction.Customer support was dismissive, unhelpful, and simply shifted responsibility instead of resolving the issue. This is not a reliable payment service when things go wrong. Accountability is missing.

there is no "log in" option if you change your phone. you have two scan again your documents only to get the error "unable to register your tax code".

IMPOSSIBLE to deactivate account and get funds returned!!! twice I've tried by following the instructions EXACTLY and they don't do it or even respond, SCAM
