Starting September 30th 2024, there will be changes on the minimum operating system requirements to Android OS 10 in order to be able to download SC Mobile. For your security and comfort in using SC Mobile, make sure you use the latest version of Android OS.

I literally trying to transfer using BI-Fast, and then it popped out something like an ad. Then I Close my browser, and the application froze. Then I Close the app, and then open it again, it says I cannot login error 1018. Such a stupid financial app to manage my money. Use M-BCA, much much better.

After updating on 27/9/25, it shows me indonesian version, while I m an Indian user. Moreover, even after deleting and reinstalling, it always shows to upgrade the app everytime & directed to indonesian version in play store always. Its really poor.

Unable to login after updating app that too on a Saturday evening showing error 1019. Why give useless updates which cause harassment and we have to contact hotline to resolve it ?!?!. unfortunately they are speaking indonasian on calling hotline... imagine the frustration!!
