Absolutely horrible app and service. First they don't even let you login using your existing credentials, and when you try to reset your password, the app just freezes and just show a white page. I have not been able to use this app since. Absolutely Pathetic. Also i tried to reset my password from web browser because i couldn't login and the same thing happened.

My worst experience with Standard Chartered Bank was a frustrating ordeal when I needed to transfer money urgently. Initially, the bank's online platform was slow and glitch-prone, making it challenging to even initiate the transfer. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, their response was unhelpful, with long wait times and uninformative replies. Furthermore, the bank's fee structure.

After the recent update it keeps throwing error 2001 and telling me that it detected unusual device configuration and has been modified.🤦 My device is Samsung stock android and protected by Knox. 🤣 This is the only mobile banking app that keeps throwing this message. Others work without any kind of issues.
