Horrible Horrible Horrible! the most useless App i have come across. I am closing my business account ASAP! This App doesn't support mobile payments, who told Standard Chartered we all work with our laptops? You guys need to study and understand your customer needs.

If I could give it a negative "star", I would. SCB rolled out a fantastic webpage but only if you are a multinational. If you are a SME based in Singapore, it is a nightmare to operate. Extremely clunky and the phone app version is almost non functional. Also I couldn't use FAST to pay a Singapore company's corporate account. Payment initiated today (Fri evening) will be cleared only on Monday during business hours. 😑

more useless than useful. Read through the guide pdf and there is no information on how to proceed with basic functions such as transfers and payments. This POS app seems to aim to only make customers want to cancel the account out of disappointment and frustration. I will go to the bank and let myself be heard and I hope you are ready, you POS bank.
