The application has not been working since the update on 30.11.2025. When I open the application, the video runs in the background, but the "Get Started" button does not work. I have complained to customer service about this issue, but it is still not resolved, and I am unable to log in to the application. Kindly address this matter at the earliest. Thank you.

There clearly has been an issue since early December which is one I just stumbled on and clearly hasn't been resolved. App keeps crashing citing security concerns. Here is a 1 star rating for you from my S25+ EDIT: For those wondering where this issue is coming from, SC is asking us to use "the original keyboard" referring to Samsung Keyboard (and not Gboard) or the application will not work. The 1 star review will certainly remain as I won't switch to Samsung keyboard so I can access this app
