This app is the reason I am leaving the bank. It glitches and refuses to load. If you leave the app to check something, it will not allow you to get back in. It just keeps loading. The layout is confusing, and information is rarely up to date. It still doesn't allow QR codes for transfers, which is pretty standard in hanoi. As for the website, that's another confusing ordeal. Spend less time trying to offer me a credit card and more time on operations and customer satisfaction. #prioritymember

slowest bank app I have ever used. slow to log in. slow to show updated balance. many errors while trying to register for transfer accounts (drop down list not showing up. I had to come back many times to finish one transfer account registration). The look of the app is 2000s too haha. Completely disgusted with the app.

Never mind the slow app with no QR codes, the entire experience with this bank is poor. Would recommend expats in Vietnam consider another bank. Next to impossible to transfer your money internationally with them. They request lots of documents and are slow to respond once you submit. Also, I often use my cards to buy things overseas and in my home country. Despite knowing I am an expat and am likely to spend abroad they block my card and are slow to unblock once they know of the mistake.
