This app is the reason I am leaving the bank. It glitches and refuses to load. If you leave the app to check something, it will not allow you to get back in. It just keeps loading. The layout is confusing, and information is rarely up to date. It still doesn't allow QR codes for transfers, which is pretty standard in hanoi. As for the website, that's another confusing ordeal. Spend less time trying to offer me a credit card and more time on operations and customer satisfaction. #prioritymember

a limited, slow, and hard to use banking app. it has no QR capability, making payments fails due to unexplained server failures more often than it succeeds, paying people requires lots of random information (which could be looked up digitally by the system, using the provided account numbers), and the app is hard to navigate. the bank itself has a great service, is very secure, allows joint accounts, etc., but this app is awful

the wortest banking app I ever seen. Super lag, the UI design and its features accessibility is an insult of software engineering, e.g it force to change password, ok, but after you enter old pwd, new pwd 2 times, it's say "Enter user name....." but no textbox to enter user name, only 3 textbox for pwd. Other than that, every feature designed as a mindset: Abuse user as much as posible!!! It's posing as "secure", however the only thing you can feel about it is: it don't want you to use it!!!!!!!
