QR Creator Scanner And Home lets you create and scan QR codes while using a flexible Android Home. Store useful results, share generated codes, organize app shortcuts and adjust the launcher layout without switching between separate tools.
Scan with camera or image
Point the live camera scanner at a QR code to read it. A flashlight control is available when the scene is dark. You can also choose a JPG or PNG photo from the gallery when the QR code is already saved on your device. Selected images are processed on the device, and you can return to the live scanner whenever needed.
Results that are ready to use
Supported QR content includes web links, plain text, Wi-Fi details, contact cards, telephone numbers, email, SMS, calendar information and locations. The result screen offers the relevant next step, such as copying, opening, dialing, composing, adding or viewing. Links are shown with a safety reminder so you can review the destination first.
QR creation for common information
Generate codes containing a URL, text note, Wi-Fi network, contact, telephone number, email, SMS, event or location. Review the finished QR at a larger size, go back to edit it, store it as a PNG or share it using an installed app. Copied text can be sent directly into Quick Share, while Wi-Fi Share helps visitors connect using a scan.
Local history and My QR
Review past scans, narrow the list by type, origin or time period, and label records with titles or notes. Favorites and pinned items make frequently used content easier to find, while My QR holds the codes you create. History retention supports 30 days, 90 days or no automatic removal. Incognito scanning skips history completely. Clearing scan history does not remove Favorites or My QR, and sensitive saved payloads are encrypted locally after confirmation.
Your Android Home launcher
Select the app as the default Home app in Android settings to use its launcher experience. Browse installed applications in the App Drawer, search by app name, and start Google text or voice search from Home. Add applications to the Home screen, remove shortcuts, move icons and group related apps into folders. A long press provides app information, Home placement controls and access to the Android uninstall screen.
Shape the launcher layout
Choose widgets offered by apps on your device and place as many as two on the Home screen. The searchable picker helps locate them, and controls are available to move or remove each widget. Personalization includes app-grid columns, icon scale, label size and hidden labels. You can use system, light or dark appearance, soften a supported wallpaper with blur, change background opacity and restore the original layout when desired.
Quick directional access
From the Home screen, swipe right to scan a QR code or left to clean disposable cache belonging to this app. An upward gesture opens the app list, while a downward gesture opens the notification shade or dismisses the drawer. The four directions connect the launcher, scanner and utility actions.
Extra information when useful
Connect or disconnect power to see a charging screen with battery level, power source, session length, time-to-full estimate and battery added. App installation and removal events can also produce a simple result screen. The Home launcher and App Drawer refresh so available applications remain accurate.
Everyday privacy and control
Camera permission is used for live QR scanning. Choosing an image remains an alternative for saved photos or screenshots. Scanner preferences and QR history are kept on the device, and Incognito mode gives you control when a result should not be retained. App shortcuts provide direct entry to Scan, Create and My QR.
