Ratings and reviews

I love this bank and app. Everything is all good, except when you want to make a transfer, it never shows how much is being deducted, its important that that is shown please and when you want to reactivate your dormant account via 5247 it takes a lot of time (months to a year 😅) and one of the security questions, "date and month I opened my account ". If I don't get that info from you and I forgot, that means it shall forever be locked.

I think it's a great app it makes banking a lot easier especially with the bad service we as Zambians normally get from banks. Only 3 stars because I feel there is still room for improvement it doesn't feel as snappy as other apps so I assume it's not a native app. It's not very intuitive as well I can't access some services am told it's because some of my information is missing but I have had a lot of trouble finding where to insert that information. Still the best option in the county though.

Very inconveniencing with transfers, I once went to a store, tried to pay by transfer, money was withdrawn from my account but the other person didn't receive. So inconvenienced , I tried again same thing. Called customer service the response was the transaction failed.... WHY??? But money was deducted from my account. Please work on it.
