Ratings and reviews

I wish they'd spend some of their marketing budget on solving their existing customer's issues. I've been a client for years and the app has never worked for me. Can you imagine in this day and age being unable to move my money digitally. Trying to get their customer care, tech team, or whoever is supposed to fix my issue to do their job has proven impossible. They refer me to their app which of course doesn't work. So apa na sanga mo uku filwa ine. Don't be fooled by their tuma PR responses.

I'm not able to register for the mobile sc key.when I try getting the OTP on the website it's no problem but the app doesn't send the OTP so I can't login completely. I'm using samsung a04e.

The fact that the app does not support transfer from bank to all mobile money makes it second to most bank apps. Further it has no forex exchange rate indicator. This makes it inferior to most bank apps
