Great technology from the early 2000's. I just can't believe how half baked the Scene+ app is. So clunky! Can't open it in store when I need to. Want to activate offers? There's 2FA at every step. Agonizing! I just got notified of a chance to win 100k points... if I could access the site and the questionnaire it would help. Half the menu items / icons are invisible in dark screen mode on my Samsung phone. Did they test the app at all? TERRIBLE user interface. TERRIBLE user experience.

pretty much unusable. When I can get the app to start, I'm prompted with text verification at every step I take. check offers? check phone for text verification. Check card number? check phone for text verification number. I try to open app to scan at the till? took too long, logged me out, time to check phone for text verification to relog in to begin the process all over again. I don't know how this app was deployed in this state but it is unusable. zero stars.

Old SCENE app worked like a charm. Then one day without warning, devs did something to brick that app so it no longer worked. Didn't know until I was at Cineplex concession trying to use the app to get my card # for scanning. The new app won't work at all. Google Store says, "This app is not available for your device." Nice one! Round of applause for making an app that won't work on a 3-year old phone. Pretty sad when the old app worked fine for years and they replace it with this SCENE+ app nonsense.
