Gave up on trying to use this app a few months ago. Initially worked well enough, then became a pain with two factor authentication, which would be fine if it didn't log me out automatically, but now I can't log in at all despite changing my password. I don't even bother trying when I go to IGA, it's just too annoying. I used to shop at IGA more often when they used Airmiles, but I end up going to Metro more often now since my rewards card actually works and both stores are overpriced anyway.

So the rewards and rates are good BUT - If you call customer service - have an issue - missed points or anything - reaching them is - well next to impossible - voicemail says they are experiencing large amount of calls and it will be 30 minutes but leave your phone number and you wont loose your spot... 4.5 hours later... On-Line chat, bot is ok but when you need a person, Bot says "Thank you! Let me get you in touch with the next available agent." then nothing... no response?

pretty much unusable. When I can get the app to start, I'm prompted with text verification at every step I take. check offers? check phone for text verification. Check card number? check phone for text verification number. I try to open app to scan at the till? took too long, logged me out, time to check phone for text verification to relog in to begin the process all over again. I don't know how this app was deployed in this state but it is unusable. zero stars.
