Tediously slow app. I've been trying to update the contents of my cart but the app keeps timing out and forces me to "Return to Home". 3 times I've tried to update the cart. 3 times the app has failed. As well, twice I've been booted off allegedly because the app is protecting against possible fraudulent use. I called customer service. The only help I'm offered is: "Go online on your computer to complete your order." NO THANK YOU! Schwan's, stand by your app. Make sure it functions effectively.

I loved this app before but it seems you all have changed the ability to make lists to now having favorites when you should've just added the option to make favorites. We made numerous lists of things we'd tried & like or disliked as well as lists for lunches, dinners, proteins, etc. for easy, non-tempting shopping. We've only purchased once since the change was made because our shopping has now been made less efficient. Please bring the lists option back ASAP!

Love Schwan's! But this app is damn near unusable. It's slow and clunky, and even if you know what you want to order, it's gonna take you 20 minutes to complete it. You have to hit buttons multiple times for actions to take, and often, things you put in your cart don't actually end up there. The delivery fee is worth it to not have to use this terrible app.
