Ratings and reviews

Not sure why it's rated so low. I had no issues with it during an overnight transfer in Guangzhou. Used it about 5-6 times. Everything worked exactly as expected. Fares are cheap and predictable. It supports international cards and is in English. Drivers were found almost instantaneously. Sometimes the driver will charge you toll usage in cash - this is written clearly in the app when it's relevant. He is not trying to scam you. Just make sure you have bills of 10 yuan. No complaints whatsoever.

Booked 3 times for a lift the following morning and got nothing. I ended up walking to a nearby metro to get to my destination. The drivers took order and then refused to do it. One called me to cancel. One was nice enough to automatically switch me to another driver. The last one never showed up. I saw a in-app message asking me to cancel, and I don't even know who was it from. Maybe the drivers just want to have more counts of taking orders? This is ridiculous and a total waste of time.

This is a horrible worst app i have ever seen. Dont trust them everything!!! They have a promotion to get cash back if you pre paid, but it does not allow you to pay with the pre paid amount you have, it is alway asking to pay with alipay. The customer service can not do amy favor, they continue to ask you to provide the screenshot but nothing they can do. I have over $1,000 credits in the app and no way to use the credit!!!!!
