The app requires an internet connection even for basic functions, which can be inconvenient. it is supposed to help me get extra internet options through it. In addition, I am unable to pay my bill through the app, which is a major limitation. Performance is also an issue, as the app is noticeably slow when loading. These areas need improvement to make the app more user-friendly and reliable.

I just wish you would allow the app to work without an internet connection, and also enable adding multiple numbers. It would also be great if all the services the customer is subscribed to appeared in the app, with the ability to activate or deactivate them directly from within the app.
