Ratings and reviews

App restricted use for under 18 users for no reason or prior notice, including every usefull option, so there is no point in keeping the app. UPDATE, they responded to my rating telling me that it is possible within 14-17 age only to contact support and be informed that is actually not true, which shows a clear lack of communication between departments. The app is currently useless for anyone under 18.

I would give -0 stars!!! I was forced to use this app bc I had to pay a fee to renew my ID and the ladies from CEC Bank were to lazy to take my money.You are nothing but thieves, the commission is ridiculously high (you took half the money I deposited), I can't change the sum limit of the allowed transactions, the interface is not at all intuitive, it's made exactly to force you to deposit money!!! Only after you make a deposit the full menu appears and the acc wil be deleted only after 31 days!

Would rate zero if possible. The app always has to update whenever you need to use it, then freezes then asks you to log in then logs you out then updates again then freezes again. Haven't been able to once just go deposit my money without the app malfunctioning in some way. Disgrace. Zero
