they don't let it use it without locking the phone for security reasons. if it was that safe you would not need extra steps. it s my choice how i use the phone.

Hello, Amira! We understand the desire to use your phone without extra steps. However, for security reasons, the app requires a screen lock method to be enabled. As this is a financial service, this measure is mandatory to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access if the phone is lost or used by someone else.

Would rate zero if possible. The app always has to update whenever you need to use it, then freezes then asks you to log in then logs you out then updates again then freezes again. Haven't been able to once just go deposit my money without the app malfunctioning in some way. Disgrace. Zero

It shoud be an good app if the user can send the money to any bank account in the EU. But if I intend to send some money to my friend in Italy or Bulgaria the app said it cannot send the money to bank accounts in other EU country, even the bank account is in euro. There is six milion romanian peoples that work and live all across Europe,but this app is useless for them and not help them anymore,because you cannot send some money for some relative or friend using this app . This is not good

Thank you for your feedback! As mentioned in the terms and conditions, a Visa or Mastercard can only be added to the app if it has a Romanian identifier. For this reason, transfers between your cards or to other users, as well as cash deposits to the card, can only be made if these conditions are met. We’ll keep this in mind for the future.
