Ratings and reviews

I have issues trying to add new customers or to schedule new appointments. This usually is better to show me what appointments aren't properly scheduled so i can call them, or to quickly view notes at work to check confirmations. It would also be nice if we could easier filter types of appointments so when someone marks an event that we don't have, we can easier see them and handle the situation rather than having to hunt for them.

The worst most unprofessional app available It never works whether you are attached to Wi-Fi or not, constantly shuts down and logs you out. Then blocks you out when you're trying to check out clients. It never loads anything correctly it barely accepts cards, for how expensive this service is to use you would think that it would just work. All of my other phone apps work with no issue except for this one at first I thought it was my phone, but then I realized it is just this big doo doo app.

Great, user friendly. Customer service is VERY helpful. Tons of videos to help navigate. ai isnt bad for helping troubleshoot. Overall great experience. I pay $70 total for myself. Text app is $20, but some of my clients love using it, website is $20+ and emailing and credit card.. so for my studio it is up there, not fully transparent about all costs, but I can weed them out whenever I want. I just have to weigh my options. I really do like how well everything is integrated.
