This is the absolute WORST booking software. I have had it for 3 years, and it has steadily gotten worse, with the last 6 months being almost unbearable. Appointments don't show up when booked, sometimes we cant even see our books, in the past month, the system has gone down 3 times, and we cant book appointments or take payment. They are based on the west coast, I am on the east coast, and there is no support available from 8 am-12 pm because they are not in the office.

I have issues trying to add new customers or to schedule new appointments. This usually is better to show me what appointments aren't properly scheduled so i can call them, or to quickly view notes at work to check confirmations. It would also be nice if we could easier filter types of appointments so when someone marks an event that we don't have, we can easier see them and handle the situation rather than having to hunt for them.

I would like to express my serious concern and disappointment with Vagaro. Over the past several weeks the system has been freezing almost constantly. Many functions stop working, and the program hangs right in the middle of processing payments. This makes it extremely difficult for us to serve our clients and creates very stressful situations during business hours. We rely on this software to run our business, and when it repeatedly freezes, we literally cannot check out clients.

This update includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements. We recommend turning on automatic updates to keep Vagaro Pro running at its best.
