Ever since the last two updates, I HATE using Vagaro. I was kicked out of my account for two working days bc the app wouldn't recognize my credentials but also had issues with me changing my password. It has been "losing" clients info, the clients themselves, and for some reason my calendar "updated" but now it will not show availability, breaks, or days off; just an entirely solid gray calendar. I have also had problems lately with the notifications not coming through.

Gets the job done, but It does need some improvements. • It would be great if I could pre-set customized timing and pricings for individual clients. • It's also impossible to find new client account and book their first appointment. • Im not able to see and charge a card on file for new clients without physical adding it on my end. • I can't adjust an invoice deposit through the phone app, but I have no trouble doing so on a laptop.

On Thursday morning, May 7, I had trouble logging into the app on both my phone and tablet. I made sure that the apps were updated on both devices, and still was unable to log in. A couple of people who attended class had been unable to sign up, as well. A little while after the class was over, I was finally able to log into the app, add them into the class. However, the class did not update the number of attendees, and still says 8 attendees, even though all 9. since the update, I am not happy
