I have been using Vagaro for 4 years. It has been consistently getting worse to the point that I am considering leaving. The forms don't always load or take FOREVER to do so, clients have trouble booking appointments, there are fees for everything and I hate the Connect app! Why are you updating things that don't matter, like the color layout/nav menu? It was so much better before! I may jump ship if things don't improve. It's ridiculous!

I've had this program for over 8 years and I haven't had as many problems in that entire time as I have in the last 6 months! it frequently crashes or will not open and every time I click on a certain day and time to schedule 9 times out of 10 it puts it on the day beside the one I actually clicked so my clients get an initial message that has the wrong date!

The app has a bug and keeps crashing. I've had to uninstall and reinstall and it still does the same thing when I open it. it just shows the logo and doesn't display the schedule until I close and open it 4 or 5 times. Client forms don't display the same, issues with tap, google and apple pay. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. the new AI fill me books changed my online booking settings for how many hours in advance a client could schedule to less than what I original set it for.
