After working with the application for a while, it stopped working and now is asking to provide a proof of address (which I find normal, except everytime I submit my residency permit it says they don't accept that type of document, without any further explanation). My permit is Bulgarian and I am a Cuban living here for more than 2 years.

To whoever made this app, I want to let you know that I just made a money transfer through y'all app but now all of a sudden there's a Blank screen now after I've sent money with my card. I tried contacting y'all through the website but nobody has gotten back to me. I need somebody to reply back! I need some help from y'all..but no one is answering. What's going on.

I made a transfer and cancel it and yet I ran the expense, now the support does not respond. I think they kept my money
