Bad Experience: 1. The delivery time was promised to be 120 minutes, but I only received my order after raising a complaint, and it took more than 240 minutes. 2. Up to now, three of the vegetables and fruits I received are in bad condition.

Replacement option does not work at all! and they will only give you around 5 mins to agree with the replacements 😏 Customer service option on whatsapp has no english option too. very nad experience.

Today I placed my order and until now I didn't receive it. Very bad delivery by marsoool, the delivery man contact me but didn't deliver the order and put the status, order delivered very disappointed.
