I have placed orders from almost all the applications, they listen to all the customer complaints and if the product is defective then they solve it, in this app even after receiving defective product no customer care is taken, now I will not place orders from this app in future.

Very bad experience with Speedy. I have ordered and they did not deliver to me but they are showing delivery in the order section of Speedy. I have complained five times. They are neither telling me about the order nor refunding it. They just say that I have written a complaint. I have written a complaint. That is all they have written. Once something is credited to their account, it is very difficult to return it. Just keep postponing.
