Previously I had given the app a negative review because it wasn't letting me load my card and the sliding bar to load a custom amount wasn't working. After talking to multiple customer service reps who did little for me, Bruce reached out to me and was equally confused because I was still on an older version of the app with no updates showing available. I finally ended up uninstalling and reinstalling, which I had tried before and failed, but this time it works.

This app could be so much better. I downloaded it and tried to sign up. I was successful until I got to the part where it asked for a credit card number. I put in my info and it said card not recognized. I went over to the order tab and was asked to log in. I tried to log in and it says I don't have an account. I go to register again and it says I can only register one account per device. So I have no way to log on. I just want to order my Boba and skip the long lines :'(

Have $30 on this app that I can't use because the app doesn't seem to communicate well with the actual stores. When I place an order in the app it does not always go through. Also the card in the store doesn't always work. Don't load money or place orders through the app until the company gets the kinks worked out.
