Update 2/27/26: App has improved, with log in issues resolved a few months ago. Issue both my wife and I have is app notifications that lead nowhere when tapping on them. Yes, app opens, but only to the landing page. Whatever the notification was about just disappears and there's nowhere to see the details of the msg. Unable to get logged in after the update on 9/28. Password reset email requested several times to no avail as never received any messages. (Yes, I checked the spam folder.)

Like others, their payment system is a joke. Just auto declines. I contacted ND Lottery to complain and they just give the generic "it's your bank" excuse. Nope, it isn't. Didn't even go through on my bank's end when I called to inquire nor give me notifications of the decline, which I am signed up for. They don't seem interested in fixing this issue. What a joke of an app and system.

Its rather bugged. It's so very difficult and a waste of time trying to buy tickets online with this app or even using a browser in general. Theres no support. Theres only generic error messages so you don't know what the issue is. This was put together very poorly by an obvious noob. They make plenty of money, they should hire a team to fix and manage it, but they wont.
