the app will not open. Says no internet connection and try again. Finally went directly to the website to get in. Then it would not let me deposit additional funds. Tried 4 times and finally worked but still shows two amounts still pending. So will have to check bank account later to see if they went through. Not happy either that I can only purchase up to 42 draws. Never had a maximum before.

Its rather bugged. It's so very difficult and a waste of time trying to buy tickets online with this app or even using a browser in general. Theres no support. Theres only generic error messages so you don't know what the issue is. This was put together very poorly by an obvious noob. They make plenty of money, they should hire a team to fix and manage it, but they wont.

Will not open, claiming there is no Internet connection. connectivity verified multiple times. Contacted ND Lottery days ago, claim they are "looking into it" . . . totally useless app at this point. Apparently they are doing nothing to resolve the issue, typical state government b.s.
