Great app. You can track anything and everything. It does not sync with other apps or devices so I have to enter my food data in two different apps. This to see my triggers and the other app for nutrition. But this app is easy to use (once you get hang of it - I had to remember to press the red plus sign) that I don't mind doing it twice. The exporting of the diary is great, my doctor was impressed. I do not really understand the Analysis reports in the app. However I was able to figure out what triggered my stomach problems. I was also able to cut my smoking down by tracking the number of cigarettes I had a day.
Great app! I'm impressed with this developer (or developers). I bought the upgraded pro version. I'm really glad this app was made. It's been helpful to track my gallbladder attacks when I have a little too much fat in my diet. It tracks symptoms, food intake, and has a great crowd sourced database of food items. I've only had to submit maybe 3 things that weren't inside the database. Overall, extremely pleased with this app! Thanks guys!
Handy app, logging food gets quicker as it remembers floor you commonly eat. Adding new items can lead to looking data if you don't save properly. Wish it had the capacity for multiusers, niche market.but I need to track my baby's reaction to food I eat and she receives via breastmilk...
Using for assessing migraine triggers. I like being able to track at very granular level as well as the reporting. But I would really, really, really love it if the data was stored in cloud and could also be accessed/entered via web app. It's just too much info to be always fumbling with the app and the layers of things containing things containing things make it very cumbersome to do all on mobile. I like it, but it's value is severely limited by having to deal with it only on mobile.
I'm using this app to keep track of my ulcerative colitis, and even without the premium version, it's been very helpful. The basics are easy to get a hang of, and it offers more detailed options beyond the basics for once you understand it better. My only qualm is that the interface is rather confusing at first, but after a little exposure, it seems pretty intuitive!
This app has been really great for keeping track of my foods and symptoms. I wish it had a login so I could connect devices. It also would be nice to be able to add custom events and add symptoms directly linked within an event. For example, it would be nice if when filling out a lunch event I could add in symptoms that occurred from lunch to that same event, or even symptoms that were already occurring during that event. Overall, it is a useful app. I hope the makers update it to at least be used across devices.
