Great way to track food, supplements, medicines, and symptoms. Food database is extensive and crowd sourced so is constantly expanding.
The food lists could be greatly improved, but a great way to track food and symptoms once your food list is set up.
Recently I've been using this app to track symptoms of a newly introduced medication. It is wonderful for that - and I'll have a record to show the doctor when next I visit. Previously, I was using this app to try to find underlying causes for issues that don't show up on medical diagnostic tests - like inflammation. Nice app, but I do wish it could get my meals from MyFitnessPal - let me just record the time here and point it there for details!
Great app! I'm impressed with this developer (or developers). I bought the upgraded pro version. I'm really glad this app was made. It's been helpful to track my gallbladder attacks when I have a little too much fat in my diet. It tracks symptoms, food intake, and has a great crowd sourced database of food items. I've only had to submit maybe 3 things that weren't inside the database. Overall, extremely pleased with this app! Thanks guys!
Glorified food diary. I only use it to track what I eat and my IBS symptoms manually, since the calculated symptom analyzer seems to overreact to anything I eat while symptomatic and label that food as a trigger. It's way easier for me to figure it out myself. I wouldn't pay for this app, it's only marginally better than a notepad app. The database for food items is useful, but pretty much just a time saver for me.
Handy app, logging food gets quicker as it remembers floor you commonly eat. Adding new items can lead to looking data if you don't save properly. Wish it had the capacity for multiusers, niche market.but I need to track my baby's reaction to food I eat and she receives via breastmilk...
