I'm using this app to keep track of my ulcerative colitis, and even without the premium version, it's been very helpful. The basics are easy to get a hang of, and it offers more detailed options beyond the basics for once you understand it better. My only qualm is that the interface is rather confusing at first, but after a little exposure, it seems pretty intuitive!
I was looking for an app that I could track food in without the calories/activity addition and this app goes even further than that and gives you the ability to see if there are any correlations using the app to analyze the data. That's on the free version
For tracking the food you eat, this app rocks. I am using it to learn my triggers and control my acid reflux. I wouldn't use it for my migraines, though, as there are more in depth apps for that, but I am also using it to track my moods for my therapist. It is so versatile!
Just got Dx of colitis and was told to do low residue diet. This app helps me track not only WHAT I eat but how it affects my GI system. Awesome. EZ to use.
Great app. You can track anything and everything. It does not sync with other apps or devices so I have to enter my food data in two different apps. This to see my triggers and the other app for nutrition. But this app is easy to use (once you get hang of it - I had to remember to press the red plus sign) that I don't mind doing it twice. The exporting of the diary is great, my doctor was impressed. I do not really understand the Analysis reports in the app. However I was able to figure out what triggered my stomach problems. I was also able to cut my smoking down by tracking the number of cigarettes I had a day.
I really like this food diary app. It is very easy to customize and use, with just a little practice. Now I can share this info with my doctor in a much more detailed way. This is exactly what I was looking for.
