I have placed multiple orders, and each time the app charges my account but then the order fails. I contacted the call center, and it takes a week just to receive a refund. The last time, I contacted them more than four times, and the issue was neither resolved nor was the money refunded.

My family and I have been coming here for a long time, as it has traditionally been one of our favorite spots to eat together. However, I am writing this because our recent experiences have been very disappointing. For the third time in a row, we have faced an unacceptable wait of over 40 minutes for a simple order of shawarma and chicken broaste. While we enjoy the food, waiting nearly an hour for what should be a standard service time is frustrating, especially when dining with family.

In the previous version of the app, users were able to view their complete order history, which was highly convenient. However, in the current version, only the last 7 records are visible, making it difficult to access older orders. For instance, I am currently unable to retrieve details of my orders from the last 30 days, which is essential for my reference and customer service purposes This improvement would greatly enhance the user experience and align with the functionality of the previous
