While this app works well every time I want to refuel, my only gripe is the inflexibility of the payment method. Unlike Setel, this app does not have the feature for me to choose the type of payment method at the time of refueling, such as the credit card of my choice. Instead, I need to navigate to the payment menu and select my preferred card as "default" every time I want to refill. This is both troublesome and time consuming. Shell needs to address this issue.

The features is there, but when it comes to updating things, it takes such a long time for you guys to make it happen. Another thing is why not sell physical bonuslink card at every petrol station? All the Shell station i went to here in Kuch and Miri, they said have to apply online and that there's no physical card sold anymore like last time. Such a shame.

I've had the app logging out and losing all data including rewards. how this occurred is a mystery. due to long non usage? no idea. with all this security how is that logging out happens without warning? .maybe it is designed to work that way. too much ado over nothing
