Old Shell app is way better than this one. Please fix the bug ASAP. Can't log in. No OTP is being sent to the registered number. Have done everything -- cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, optimized the phone, restarted the phone -- to no avail. The same error message appears everytime I try to access my account: "Whoops! Sorry about this, seems something went wrong. We got our best team looking into this. Please come back later."

I recently updated to this new shell app. i have the old one and didnt know they have updated it. When i signed in and inputted my mobile #, i did not get any otp. I already maxed out the number of times you can request for an otp. Points from shell service was not credited since i cant sign in with my account. I still got the discount since im a regular at the shop but no rewards points credited.

user cannot update mobile number, not even after contacting Shell. They advised to utilise all points before deleting the App and reinstalling with the new mobile number. Nonsensical procedure. Why make an App when even basic personal detail updates cannot be done? And voucher selection is not smart. During a Sunday, only a Mon-Thur voucher was shown for selection even though I could have chosen the all day voucher. The pump attendant told me to select it and ended up no discounts were applied.
